Do You Ship Internationally?
YES. FaceFront Cosmetics ships internationally to the following countries: Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Japan, Jamaica, Belgium, Spain, Andorra, Greece, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Russia, Finland, Iceland, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Belgium, Hong Kong, Taiwan. Any country outside of this zone is not permitted at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience. International shipping is a premium, flat rate cost of 30.00 $USD and may take upwards to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the country's regulatory standards and geographical limitations of expediency. Rush Delivery is NOT an option for international orders. Clients in Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin clients will be charged a minimum of 5.00 $USD for shipping and be adjusted with a matrix depending on the weight of the item ordered. What Is Your Return Policy?
STANDARD 20-DAY RETURN POLICY! Wear what you love, if you aren't satisfied, we aren't! If you are not satisfied with the product or color you have purchased from us, you may return it to us within 20 days after the shipment date from our distribution center, whether it has been opened or used, it is eligible to be returned. Your return must be postmarked within 20 days after the shipment date that we have printed on your receipt, or your return will not be accepted to us or returned to you. All products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt which was sent with your order (electronic receipts are not valid substitutes). We are not responsible for providing a refund on any return shipping costs incurred, including, but not limited to: Rush Order/Express and Standard International Shipping, as these are premium delivery options. Standard Domestic Shipping is free and is assumed a non-refundable, free service from our company, which is usable once (outgoing). If there was a mistake in the order within the 20 days and you need to replace a product, we will refund all shipping costs, so long as they are standard shipping; this will be refunded to you upon your return of the product to us and receipt of your adjusted order. If you decide, however, not to replace the product and just return it to us, even though it is our error, you will still follow the above conditions (we will not cover return shipping costs incurred, but we will honor our 20-day policy). Last Call, Clearance, Liquidation, or As-Is/Final Sale products are NEVER returnable. These items are understood to be the last available in our stock and for the purposes of inventory and their very low offering prices, we do not take them back.
